In-Person Training in Austin
Look Better. Move Better. Feel More Confident.
Most people don’t just want to work out.
They want to feel better in their body.
They want to look stronger.
They want to move with less pain.
They want more confidence, more control, and a training plan that actually makes sense for their life.
That’s what this work is built around.
My in-person coaching combines aesthetics, pain-aware strength, better movement, and real confidence.
We train to build a body that looks capable because it is capable.
Stronger legs.
Better posture.
More control.
More coordination.
More trust in yourself.
This isn’t about random workouts, punishment, or chasing soreness.
It’s about learning how to move well, build strength intelligently, and feel at home in your body.
Look better. Move better. Feel more confident.
Move With Purpose. Train With Intention.
I know what it feels like to not feel confident in your body.
I’ve been through my own transformation. I’ve lost significant weight, rebuilt my relationship with movement, worked through injuries, and had to learn how to trust my body again.
That experience shaped the way I coach.
I don’t believe training should beat you down.
I believe training should teach you something.
The body is a doorway. Movement is a mirror. And when training is done well, it shows you where you’re strong, where you compensate, where you avoid effort, and where you’re ready to grow.
We’ll work together to build strength, improve the way you move, and help you feel more confident in your body — not just in the gym, but in life.
Progress won’t always be linear.
You’ll learn, adjust, fail forward, refine, and repeat.
That’s how real transformation happens.
A Pain-Aware Approach to Strength, Movement, and Confidence
Training should meet you where you are while pulling you toward a stronger, more capable version of yourself.
That means we don’t force your body into a generic program.
We assess how you move, where you feel limited, what your goals are, and what kind of training actually fits your life.
From there, we build.
Strength & Muscle
We use strength training to build a body that looks and feels more capable.
Depending on your goals and experience, this may include dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, machines, bodyweight training, calisthenics, carries, or other strength-based methods.
The aim is simple:
Build strength.
Build muscle.
Build confidence.
Better Movement
Looking better matters.
But moving better matters just as much.
We’ll work on coordination, balance, mobility, posture, control, and movement quality so your body doesn’t just look stronger — it moves stronger.
This is where training becomes more than exercise.
It becomes education.
Pain-Aware Training
Pain changes the way you move.
Whether it’s old injuries, cranky joints, back tightness, knee discomfort, shoulder limitations, or just feeling stiff and disconnected, we train with awareness instead of ego.
Pain-aware doesn’t mean fragile.
It means intelligent.
We’ll build strength while respecting your body’s current capacity and gradually expanding what you can do.
Conditioning & Athleticism
Fitness should make you feel alive.
Depending on your goals, we may use jump rope, kettlebells, circuits, carries, plyometrics, or other forms of conditioning to improve endurance, coordination, and athletic confidence.
Not just “cardio.”
Movement that feels useful, skillful, and energizing.
Confidence That Transfers
The real goal isn’t just a better workout.
It’s walking differently.
Standing taller.
Feeling stronger in your own skin.
Having more trust in your body.
Confidence isn’t something you fake.
You build it through evidence.
Every rep, every session, every small win gives you proof:
I can do this.
Your Training. Your Path.
You’re not a machine.
Your body, history, injuries, stress, schedule, goals, and mindset all matter.
That’s why every plan is built around you.
Whether you’re starting from scratch, rebuilding after pain, trying to get leaner, wanting to feel more athletic, or looking to finally stay consistent, we’ll reverse-engineer your goals into a plan that makes sense.
No random workouts.
No shame.
No pretending one method works for everyone.
Just clear coaching, intelligent training, and a path forward.
