How It Works

1. Free Movement Assessment

We start with a free video call movement assessment where we review your goals, training history, limitations, injuries, equipment, schedule, and priorities.

The goal is simple: understand where you are so the program fits from day one.

2. Custom Program Through CoachRx

Your workouts are delivered through CoachRx with clear structure, exercise notes, videos, progressions, and adjustments.

You will know what to do, how to do it, and how the plan is meant to progress.

3. Check-Ins and Adjustments

Depending on your coaching tier, we will use check-ins, messaging, form review, and progress tracking to make sure the plan keeps moving with you.

The program is not static. It adjusts based on your performance, soreness, schedule, recovery, and goals.


Online Coaching Options

Online Programming

$250/month

For independent clients who mainly need structure.

This includes:

  • Custom monthly program through CoachRx
  • Exercise notes and videos
  • One program update per month
  • Basic messaging support

This is the simplest option. It is best if you are comfortable training on your own but want a clear plan to follow.


Online Coaching

$450/month

The primary online coaching offer.

This includes:

  • Custom program through CoachRx
  • Weekly check-ins
  • Form/video review
  • Progress tracking
  • Messaging support
  • Adjustments as needed

This is the best fit for most clients because it combines programming with accountability. You get the structure of a custom plan plus regular coaching support to help you stay consistent and make better decisions as you progress.


Online Coaching Plus

$700/month

For clients who want deeper support and more frequent coaching attention.

This includes everything in Online Coaching, plus:

  • More frequent check-ins
  • More form review
  • Priority messaging
  • Lifestyle and nutrition guidance
  • Higher-touch support throughout the month

This is best for clients who want more feedback, more accountability, and a closer coaching relationship.
